After a lot of research this is what we came up with. 1 kilo of flour = 8 cups 200 grams of milk = 3\4 cup + 2 Tbs 200 grams of butter = 3\4 cup of butter + 1 Tbs 400 grams of potatoes = 1 1\2 cups 140 grams of sugar = 3\4 cup 30 grams fresh yeast = 4 1\2 tsps of dry active yeast 16 grams of salt = 1 1\4 Tbs Hope this helps!!
